(We thank President Marcos and DSWD for this assistance. We know that we cannot fully compensate for all the crops you lost due to the calamities brought by the storms. But what’s important is that grace has come. When we requested assistance, we were promptly granted. That’s how much President Bong Bong cares for us.)
The said assistance was distributed to nearly three thousand farmers in the towns of San Luis and Apalit. Similarly, affected farmers from the towns of San Simon, Minalin, Macabebe, Candaba, Arayat, and Bacolor are also set to receive similar aid.
Currently, a total of 29.8 million pesos has been allocated to almost six thousand farmers in Pampanga who are under the State of Calamity since July 31. Each beneficiary has received over P5 thousand pesos from the agency.
