Six Chinese nationals arrested by the National Bureau of Investigationโs Cybercrime Division and Technical Intelligence Division presented to the media at the NBI office in Quezon City on Friday, August 16, 2024. They were nabbed in Angeles City, Pampanga, two days earlier by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the Paraรฑaque City courts for alleged qualified trafficking in persons. They are also suspected of involvement in catfishing, credit card, cryptocurrency and investment scams, among others.
