Tahasang itinanggi ni Porac Mayor Jaime “Jing” Capil na pagmamay-ari niya ang dalawang condominium na nababanggit sa ilang mga nagsilabasang vlogs sa social media.

Sa pagdinig na isinagawa kanina ng Committee on Public Order and Safety ng House of Representatives muling nilinaw ni Capil na hindi niya naipatayo ang mga condo ng siya ang maupo bilang alkalde ng Porac.

Sa datos ng lokal na pamahalaan naitayo ang mga condo noong 2012 at 2015, panahon na kapitan pa ng baranagay si Capil, 2019 ng maihalal naman ito bilang alkalde ng bayan si Capil.

Malugod din umanong pipirma si Capil ng isang waiver sa Anti-Money Laundering Council o AMLC upang isailalim siya sa lifestyle check.

Nagsagawa ng Hearing Mission sa bayan ng Magalang ang Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Pampanga, isang programang inisyatibo ni Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda.

Higit isandaang persons with hearing loss mula sa unang distrito ng Pampanga ang sumailalim sa otoscopy at aftercare ang napagsilbihan ng Provincial Health Office katuwang ang Starkey Hearing Foundation.

Libreng nakapagpa-ear check-up ang mga benepisyaryo sa bayan ng Magalang. Maging ang mga digital hearing aids nila ay natingnan at pinalitan ang mga baterya para patuloy na magamit sa pang-araw-araw.

Nakiisa sa programa sina Mayor Malu Lacson, mga kawani ng LGU at mga representante ng Starkey.

Multi-medalist Alfredo Pineda, Jr., a young Fernandino athlete, has once again proven his tenacity and athletic prowess as he won a gold medal in the Palarong Pambansa 2024 in Cebu City.

Besting other athletes from different regions of the Philippines, Pineda of Northville High School was the first to finish the 100-meter sprint event (Secondary Boys) of the Palaro at 11.09 seconds, making him one of the medalists from Central Luzon.

The City Schools Division of San Fernando, under the headship of Superintendent Dr. Leonardo Zapanta, along with teachers and coaches, was with Pineda and the other two Fernandino delegates, Jerssy Lee De Vera and Christian Kenneth Teodoro, during the entire Palaro run.

To recall, these three athletes were recognized by Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag during their courtesy visit in June and extended their gratitude to her and the City Government for providing them with necessary assistance for all their sporting stints.
